Excellent customer service & product quality

I recently purchased Ki-way hiking boots from the Fourways mall branch, and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service experience. The staff were professional, courteous and helpful. My mother seen the item on sale on their website on 14 August, I called the store to reserve the item as a set aside. Upon arrival at the store on the 15 August, the price reverted to the original non sale price. The website was user-friendly with their sale ending 15 August, making it easy to find the item. They had stock of the item and despite the product pricing differing in store and online, the staff on duty at tillpoint were exceptional on making sure the price I seen online during the sale was the price I paid for the item. The hiking boots are in excellent condition, exactly as described on their website. I’m thrilled with the quality and will definitely shop at Cape Union Mart Fourways mall again in the future. Highly recommended!
