Enjoy your holiday - not!

Just before our overseas trip, my fellow traveller bought an expensive K-Way suitcase. At the airport one of the wheels just came off. As soon as we arrived in Europe he contacted Cape Union Mart. They just shrugged their shoulders and asked him to contact them once he was back in South Africa. I found that totally unacceptable and really bad customer service. He struggled to no end with the suitcase from country to country, through airports and onto and off trains. Two weeks in the pull-out handle also stopped working. What a substandard product from a don't care company!
