Email Till slip not clear

Hello

I received good service at your store, but my last service at century city store outside canal walk the lady behind the till said if i give my email address they will email me my till slip. After a hour i received a email with a bar code but nothing on the email what I purchased specifically and no price details. So where is my guarantee I bought something at your store what if breaks no guarantee/ warranty.
