Efficient and friendly service

The lower back part of the right arm of my soft-shell KWay jacket (which I only bought in August this year) somewhere got too close to heat and looked almost like it was melted (although I couldn't feel anything at the time and didn't even know about it until someone pointed it out to me). I took it to the Cape Union Mart in Canal Walk and they basically told me there was nothing they could do about it. I took it to the Tygervalley branch and spoke to Gustav who was extremely helpful and said they can send it away and see what can be done. Astrid helped me from there. It was going to take around 6 weeks and she phoned me after 3 weeks to say my jacket is ready. It was so neatly mended (the bottom part of the arm was replaced), you could almost not even see the stitching. A great big thank you to Gustav, Astrid and Cape Union Mart. I can actually now wear my jacket out in public again!!
