e-Voucher "Instant" online delivery?!

<p>I bought an e-Voucher to the value of R500 on 16 September 2016. I entered the email address to where it should have been emailed. When I saw the recipient on 24 September 2016 for their birthday, I was excruciatingly embarrassed to find that they had not received their voucher.</p> <p>I followed up telephonically the next week, on 26 September 2016 and whilst the automated response told me I'd be responded to within 24 hours, it took me calling the call centre (0 ********** 29) and finding the number was not answered. I then resorted to starting an instant online support chat and spoke to Zita, who said she'd have a voucher manually typed up and emailed to me within 30 minutes. A couple hours later, after not having received it, I emailed, again. I was responded to with a typed up voucher, with the incorrect amount indicated. I asked for this to be rectified, but until now, I've still not had ANY feedback. Today is the 3rd October. It's been approximately 17 days since I purchased an e-Voucher, with "Instant" online delivery. I have nothing to show for it. </p>
