Down Jacket issue

I bought a Down Jacket in mid May and its been leaking feathers from every stitch ever since, At first i was told it was expected but almost 4 weeks in, it still does, worse than before , All the shirts i wear under have feathers stuck to them and constantly have feathers flying around when i move the jacket,

I took it back to Cape union mart and i was informed that it would need to be sent for repairs which is 6 - 8 weeks and being the middle of winter, this is what i bought the jacket for, I honestly cannot keep using this jacket like this as it is messing everything. The Jacket was less than a month old when i took it back and had no damage other than the factory defect that i bought it with, Being as Cape Union mart is the Supplier of K-WAY, these jackets should be replaced in the first month if they have these faults.
