Dont order online at Cape Union Mart

I Ordered two items at Cape Union Mart on 12 Sept 2024 and received an email, saying my order has been delivered on Fri 13 Sept 2024 by Fast n Furious and when I get there to collect on 15 Sept 2024, NOTHING! Who will pay for my time and transport costs?
