Dont accept their own vouchers, but happy to take your money to produce a worthless voucher
On 14/04/2018 at your The Glen shop you did not want to help me as you claim your voucher system is offline. What is the purpose of getting a voucher, driving to your poorly stocked shop, having a hard time to find products of value and quality and then at time of paying just telling me the system does not work and my voucher is not welcome there. Ooops, oh ****, to bad. Marilyn and Tutuka just rolled their eyes at me and did not even try to make a phone call to see if there is some other way to redeem the voucher. You were happy to take the money in turn for a voucher, but does not honor you vouchers. This bad customer service, eye rolling from Marilyn has only left me without any goods but also just ended up costing me fuel and parking for no reason. I will not stand for this. I guess you don't need my business ever again. As far as I go I will tell people of your business practice. I will not ever again support you again or waist my time to even consider it. The voucher was generated with your Ebucks partner. I've already lodged this complaint with them. and I will not stop until you loose your relationship with ebucks. Cape Union Mart is part of the service delivery problem of South Africa. So before you ever again complain about bad service, just know, you are the bad service everyone is complaining about and you are part of the problem.
Good day Andre175,
Our sincere apologies this bad experience.
We can confirm that the our system problem has been resolved.
The voucher may also be redeemed online.
Again, apologies for the inconvenience.
Regards,
Cape Union Mart
