Do not get what is advertised
I am registered with Cape Union Mart to receive their promotional emails as I am fairly interested in their product and have bought numerous items over the years.<br> A week ago I receive the BackPack Promo email and I was interested in the K-Way Dart 2L Hydration Pack at R199.00 so I went along to Fourways to buy one. However.....I left empty handed. The salesman informed me that the bladder that goes with the Hydration Pack is sold separately at extra cost, several hundreds of rands more than the price of the Pack itself.<br> I find this absolutely absurd as the advert said that it was a '2l Hydration Pack' implying that the bladder is included. <br> As far as I am concerned this is totally misleading advertising.
We are sorry to hear about your disappointment. The 2 litre Hydration pack is used to house the 2 litre bladder therefore sold separately. Our house brand bladder for this pack is sold at R199 in our stores. We will be in touch shortly to get some more feedback from you.
