DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!!

I am shocked by Cape Union Mart's ********** service!! I have bought many items from them in store so I never would have guessed their online service is so horrible. I ordered an item online as the store didn't have my size. The order was placed and I got an email 2 days later saying the courier has my package. Only to be told by the courier 6 days later they actually never received the package from Cape Union Mart themselves. NO ONE from Cape Union answers the phone (I have called 4x times and no one has answered) and I have sent multiple emails and none of them have been answered. I am a frequent online shopper and have never experienced such horrible online shopping. Definitely not what you want when buying items that cost over a thousand rand.
