Dissatisfied NO longer a Customer of Cape Union Mart

On Saturday I went to Cape Union Mart in the Liberty Midlands Mall PMB to purchase a K-Way men's jacket that was advertised on their official website for R999.00

The lady assistant at the till was not cooperative at all when I pointed the special out to her on my phone as the incorrect price was reflecting on the till. She first said that the special was online only (not the case) and then said was only for the color red (again not the case as I showed her the blue was also showing on their website) Finally she went to call her manager who came to the till after 10 minutes and then informed me that dispite the price of R999.00 being advertised on the official Cape Union Mart website, he had been on the phone with head office and they where not willing to sell the jacket to me at the advertised amount.

Over the years I have bought numerous item including gift card for other from Cape Union Mart and in particular from the Liberty Midlands Mall stall

Based on my experience on Saturday, Cape Union Mart you have lost me as a customer. Out of principal I will never purchase from any of your store again and will look for other options or supplier going forward.
