Dissapointing service and quality

<p>I bought one of their very expensive leather jackets at an old khaki store, within a couple of months I had to take it back as the stitching on the one pocket came loose, they exchanged it for me, this exchange took about 2 weeks, but i could live with that. Now, three weeks ago the one button popped off. I sent them a message on facebook about the problem, explaining it is the sevond problem i had with this product and is very dissapointed. Lerroy contact me to alopogise and said he had a jacket in my size and that make in cape town and will sent it up to cradlestone store. This took about 2 weeks agian. After i had to ask them, they told me the jacket is at the cape union mart store and Dewald is the contact. This was last week fruday, 13 May 2016. I drove to the store only to hear Dewald has left for the day and the staff left was not quite sure who I was or what i was talking about. After some time Solomzi figured it out and said he is going to get the jacket. It was the wrong jacket and wrong size (this after comminicating this on the phone to Leroy) Solomzi checked to see if he could find a jacket for me and ran around for abount a hour with no result. He said the wrong one was sent to them but he can see on the system and there is one at The Glen, and he is going to contact them right now, it might reach there store by sa****ay, else latest Tuesday 17 may. After i got home i sent Leroy a message about my dissapointed and bad service asking to be put in touch with a manager, heard nothing) On monday i phoned to check ( i was promised a call and heard nothing) Solomzi the said to me the jacket will arrive today (thursday) probably around noon, but he will give me a call. Today I phoned after 13:00 to check if i can collect it, and there was still no update, nor can the driver or anybody be phoned to check if it will be there today, again I was promised a call back to give feedback back on the matter and i am still waiting for anyone to call me bac****!!!!</p> <p>I feel for the money I paid the quality has to be outstanding, which it is not ,and the customer service is terrible!!!</p> <p> </p>
