DISSAPOINTED AT CAPE UNION MART

I'm highly disappointed at your product because when I bought this jacket I thought It was an investment but 4 months later the logo is peeling off, how do you explain this ? What do I do with this?

I haven't even washed this jacket and I don't wear it frequently, please explain this ? Is it factory fault??
