Dishonest *******

The Dawn Wing courier arrived to collect my Cape Union Mart return but told the security guard he was there to collect Zando parcels. So he was handed the Zando parcels. When the parcels arrived at Cape Union Mart they advised that they had the wrong packages. They then returned a single Zando parcel but the other 4 have gone missing. So the Cape Union Mart employees must have kept these items for themselves - they basically stole over R3000 worth of clothing which are returns that I will now never be refunded for. Disgusted. Will not deal with a dishonest company like Cape Union Mart ever again - *******.
