Disgusting payment structure | Cape Union Mart

I am totally disgusted with the payment structure of Cape Union Mart. You cannot load it on internet banking to pay, when you go into the store to pay, then they say you can't pay at Cape Union Mart anymore, you must go to Footwear to make payment. Went to Footwear, and their answer is, we have no idea why they send you to us. Why can't they just supply banking details and a person can pay your account in the comfort of your own home and not being send from pillar to post. My poor mother had to walk from pillar to post, came home without paying her account and very frustrated and disappointed.
