Disgusting Customer Service

Absolutely disgusted with their customer service. I tried to use a Discovery Vitality voucher online and the transaction did not go through. The voucher then became invalid. I have called multiple times and was promised a call back, 5 x days later still no response. I have emailed 3 x time with no response. They have taken money from me and are now impossible to get a hold of. Beyond shocking!!!!!!
