<p>This weekend I had the most pleasant experience at Cape Union Mart East Gate when I went to collect my Cape Union Mart account card.</p> <p>I was assisted by Nthabi who was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. We were however placed on hold for a good 20min (booo!!) however in this time Nthabi kept me informed and apologised multiple times for the delay.</p> <p>Cape Union Mart, people like Nthabi need to be recognised and thanked for the super service they give! She is a true legend and start!!</p> <p> </p>
