Disappointing service

<p>I bought a voucher for my friend's birthday on the 20th of July. It was supposed to be mailed to him in time for his birthday on the 28th of July.</p> <p>Today is the 31st of July and he still has not received it.</p> <p>This after numerous phone calls (been put on hold and then cut off OR just no answer after been put through to online department)</p> <p>And also numerous mails-the last one on Friday, 29 July where they reassured me it was sent on that day.</p> <p>Very disappointing service. Will not be making use of them again. And still waiting....</p>
