Disappointing Quality

Very disappointing quality of their very expensive jackets, l bought a jacket for R1600 washed it once and within a month it was completely damaged l took it back and they promised to repair it within 4 to 6 weeks, that period has lapsed and l haven't heard anything from them, this is heart breaking
