Disappointed doesn't begin to describe it...

I expected so much more from this company. I placed the order on Saturday 25 July 2015, on Wednesday I called to find out what was happening with my order (after numerous attempts to get through) only to find out that sale item only ship in 7-10 working days?! Nowhere during ordering on your website does it say that, also, what I ordered was not a sale item! Now after a week of placing my order, I can an email saying that the item is out of stock! This is absolutely ridiculous and appalling! I will never recommend this store to anyone
