Digital voucher mess

I love the Cape Union Mart brand and products.

I bought a digital voucher for a friends birthday. The cape union mart email platform is obviously not working. I had to baby step the service consultant to send the voucher off an alternative channel. My friend only received his voucher late. and this was an obvious disappointment. Really pathetic how Cape Union Mart didn't notify me that their platform wasnt working.
