Delivery to store service is pathetic

I ordered a K-Way pouch from the Cape Union Mart online store on 4 November. More than a week later I still haven't received the notification to collect it from the store. On 5 November I received an SMS saying it was handed to the courier. According to the courier tracker the parcel was delivered to Claudine at the store on the 6th. I called the store over the weekend and was told I can only collect once I get a notification from the store but because they're doing stock taking they don't know when they will send out the notification to collect.
