Delivery or should I say non delivery Cape Union Mart

Seems they have lots of complaints re delivery. I ordered 1st December I am still waiting. DPLaser are shocking. Not sure why when ordering ftom Amazon I get my delivery the next day from DP Laser. Cape Union Mart take days to answer email and DP Laser don't answer emails. There are birthday gifts in the parcel. So frustrating 😫
