Delivery

3 wheel electric scooter I ordered a product over the internet and the tracking showed out for delivery was at home the whole two days then showed delivered but didnt deliver contact them said i must try post office and get a lost. Property form went to post office lady where is my list and or proof it was delivered they said i must ask the courier for proof of delivery as it was not deliverd to them wrote to cape union still no answer
