It is unacceptable for Cape Union Mart to confirm stock availability and to accept payment for online purchases before confirming a 4 week delay in the delivery of essential items. I am pleased that they are inundated with orders, but this is no excuse for deliberate deception and shoddy communication. Closing your call centre is not a solution to handle the number of complaints received. JUST DELIVER!
