Deception and withholding information leading to bad service

I bought two puffer jackets at Cape Union Mart, Mall of Africa on the 5/5/2022. When we bought the jackets the sales assistant did not advise us on their "special washing methods", so after their first hand wash the feathers shifted we then took them back along with a jacket of the same make that was bought last year which had undergone several washes without any problem to show them what had happened to the ones we had recently bought. Only then were we advised of their special soap and ways of washing it we were then told the jackets would return to their natural form after being washed with such soap. We followed their instructions and the jackets did not come alright upon asking for a refund as we were not happy, we were told they would send it for repairs even after we expressed our reservation as we no longer trusted their products and we felt like we had basically flushed R3200 down the drain. All I want is my money back as I am not the only one who owns such a jacket and did not receive proper advice from the store leading to many of us having washed it whichever way we saw fit but did not experience any problems. I am very upset and disappointed especially since my sisters and I all have these jackets without any issues.
