Deceived by Cape Union Mart Staff

<p>I was decieved by Cape Union Mart staff members to open an account and receive vouchers worth R600. I asked what the costs involved were and I was told that there are none provided i settle the account immediatedly after purchasing. I app**** for the card, bought my goods, used the vouchers and immediately settled the account balance which was approximately R3200. Now RCS is harrassing me to pay initiation fees and interest. I refuse to pay due to the fact that i was told no cost would be involved. This is really poor business practice and *********. Im considering returning my goods if this is not sorted.</p>
