Customer Excellence

To whom this may concern,<br> <br> I am an avid customer of Cape Union Mart. I walked into the Clearwater store one Saturday morning looking for some camping and hiking e****ent. I was standing at the back-bag section and a gentleman by the name of Kyle approached me and enquired of me if I need any help. I acknowledged and he started supplying me with a plethora of information and examples of where to use what and the different applications thereof.<br> <br> Kyle's knowledge was extensive and unexhaustive for the duration I quizzed on him on various ideas I had and the gaps in my knowledge and application of the said equipment, he literally folded out on the floor and demonstrated. I volunteered to assist him in packing away the content but he inssisted it was not necessary and we continued onwards with our hiking/backpacking tour of the shop.<br> <br> Kyle gave sound advice that I appreciate and helped me understand the applicability of the various aspects of the equipment we covered.<br> <br> Kyle's product knowledge is impressive as well as his skill to relay information not only to his customers but to his fellow workers as well. <br> <br> Thanks A Million Kyle.
