Complaint against The manager at the Cape Union Mart Garden Route Mall store

I am in disbelief of the manner that I am seen when I am in the store.I am not seen as a customer but rather as a visitor at the store and the fact that such an opinion is coming from a manager with the name Simon is disgraceful .I always buy something and it’s unbelievable the way I am seen.The staff are amazing but coming from management at the store is poor management skills and pure disrespect for anyone who enters the store.Anyone who enters any store is to be considered a customer.
