complaint

i recently recieved a jacket a jacket as a gift and the sizing seems to be an issue. i have the tag not the reciept and i was told nothing can be done without a slip. Honetly i feel i should stop supporting you guys,if you train your staff on customer service, i didnt even mind being offred a voucher or taking someting with the same valu. learn fromother stores how to retain customers.
