Christmas Gift

Ordered Adidas Sunglasses as a gift. A week later and no email confirmation. Contacted the call centre today, was promised that they will call me back in 10 minutes. I called again a couple hours later to be informed that the product was not available and I will get a refund! This was a Christmas gift. Shocking that I would still be waiting if I did not call them. Disappointing service, will not recommend!
