Caterpillar repairs feedback

I bought a pair of caterpillar boots last year 04/06/2014 kept them in the box after 2014 winter when i opened the box this year the brown leather strips had changed the colour to Yellow/mustard. took in the boots for repairs on 13/05/2015 was told it will take 4 - 6 weeks to be repaired, 6 weeks ends tomorrow (24 June 2015). note that when i took in the boots the service that i was assited with was not good at all.Followed up several times within the time frames that i was advised in anticipation that the service/reparis can be done earlier. still the service that i was assisted with even on phone calls was not satisfactory. all the time that i followed up I was told that we will follow up with the supplier and feedback, I never received any feedback.Yesterday I went to the store to assure that all is in line for Wednesday (24 June 2015). i was disspointed on the results only to find out that in the file there was a date written 06/06/2015 as a note,in their explanation it was the reference of the date they followed up with supplier and there was no response to the store thou my last follow up with store was 17/06/2015. pls escalate and feedback i need my pair tommorow its winte
