Cashier Chewing Gum

<p>Just being shopping at the Store in Pavilion Westville. The cashier was chewing gum with an open mouth whilst attending to customers. Whilst she was attending to me I asked if she was allowed to chew while serving customers, as I felt it looked terrible, I went further to ask "Surely the Company has a policy in this regard", she said there was no rules about chewing and serving customers. She went further to say it might not offend or upset others. I respect that point of view. I brought it to the attention of the manager on duty.</p> <p>I tried to use thier "Live Chat" portal but they indicated they were busy and would come back to me later. </p> <p>Question? Why have a "Live Chat" if it is that busy with complains I think they have a real problem.</p> <p> </p>
