CapeUnionMart online store does not refund you
The CapeUnionMart online store does not refund you if an item you bought is incorrect. They mistakenly sent me the wrong sized item and I requested a refund. After 2 weeks, there was no communication so I phoned them 5 times over a month and a half, still no refund. The call centre people are polite but no action happens at all. Don't buy from Cape Union Mart if you think there's a chance you might have to return the item e.g. clothing. Also, they send you the incorrect thing/ things you didn't order. Very disappointed in your online store CapeUnionMart.
