CAPEUNIONMART ONLINE PATHETIC!!!!!

What a disgusting experience!!! First online purchase at capeunionmart was fare but courier useless... Then i ordered another few stuff from them of an high amount and i chose to have it delivered within three days. So the couriers company sent me up and down after this parcel for nearly 300 km because of it was Christmass gifts!!! On the 23rd the courier said to me that there was a fault with the parcel and it was shipped back to capeunionmart. So capeunionmart online said the parcel has been delivered, i called them on the 23rd of December 2020 and they said they will sort it out immediately and i can collect it from my nearest store which is Centurion. Never called back, i went to the store on the 24th and they said i need to buy it again in store and if i receive the other ones they will refund me. So Centurion mall Capeunionmart did an exceptional service providing and drove to other stores to assist me in getteing everything i needed. Again on the 24th capeunionmart online said they will sort this out immediately. Today on the 27th i called yet again and said i only want a refund, the guy said he will give me a call back in 30 min and nothing yet again!!! When calling back i held on for 37minutes as i was cut of because it was 17:00. This is the upmost pathetic online shop ever!!! Now they are sitting with almost 10k of mine and i needed to buy everything twice and i do not get answers from them!!!

I will never buy online from them again, what an disgrace to capeunionmart’s name!!! They do not even deserve 10% of one star!!!
