CapeUnionMart Good Service

CapeUnion Northgate has given me such good service regarding a different size pants I needed which they did not have at their branch. I needed it in time before I went away for the weekend. I popped in on Wednesday and I was leaving the Friday for a hiking weekend. Jesai said she will try and find a size and let me know. She phoned me on the same day to let me know she found one from Nicolway and they are arranging for it to be transported to Northgate. On Thursday the other manager Joe, phoned to let me know the pants has arrived Although the pants did not fit perfectly and I did not buy it (I did buy something else though) I have not experienced such good service in a long while.
