Cape Union promises like pie crusts.

I was buying a headlight. The process took from 31/8/23 to 20/10/23 and is still not resolved. I had to phone customer service a total of 60 times, often requesting a call back but seldom getting any.i followed all instructions on the website both instructions from Cape Union and their recommended finance agents. I was promised a discount of R234.85 four timed but not given it.
