Cape Union Mart,did not live up to my expectations.

I'm flying out to ****imanjaro on 20/9/2019. A friend bought me a Orion 3 in 1 jacket in a 4xl. The jacket is to large, I could not find a 3xl in Pretoria and one was ordered from Bloemfontein. I was never informed if they received it at Woodlands. I went to Woodlands in Pretoria on 9/9 to enquire just to be informed that they did receive the jacket but sold it to someone else by mistake. I'm so, so disappointed with Cape Union. Will buy the rest of my stuff at another brand. Cape Union will not walk the extra mile for customers, at least it's my experience. Nantes Kelder (Pretoria)
