Cape Union Mart WORST SERVICE

Purchased an item online on 20/12/2020.

It was a Christmas present, which should have been delivered before Christmas day.

Christmas came and went, still no item.

Made Cape Union Mart aware of this but to no avail.

Tried to follow up but to no avail.

Today is the 29th of December and I still haven’t received a phone call from Cape Union Mart nor I have I received the item I paid for on the 20th of December.

Absolutely no interest in rectifying the problem or assist their clients.

Worst online retail by far!

No customer service!

Do not use Cape Union Mart!!!!
