Cape Union Mart - Useless Customer Service!

I ordered some winter clothes for my kid going back to school online from CUM on 28May. The items I ordered were labeled in stock on the online store so I placed the order - no details of delivery times were given on this site - so I assumed the normal 5 to 7 days will apply. However I got an e-mail a bit later saying it will take 3 weeks!! I immediately responded and said if it will take that long - I want to cancel the order and be refunded (rather go to store the as they had stock) - After 12 e-mails and 2 online call logs I have had ZERO response to my e-mails to customer care - useless customer care - their is no number to call so I do not know how else to get CUM's attention???!!!
