Cape Union Mart thing me for a ride

This guys are so freaking disgusting to say the least, I placed an order with the on the 26th of November 2020, was send a message to say Pargo courier will deliver my parcel, today I call the courier i'm told that the parcel is with Cape union, I call Cape Union they tell me my parcel is with Pargo, none of this two wanna tell me exactly where my freaking parcel is, right now wanna leave the house I have things to do damn it, all I wanted was have an idea where the parcel is and how long will it take to get here, I don't wanna be busy with my c****s and i'm told someone is waiting at my gate, im being taken from pillar to post by this rude call centre agents, for freaking rude , disgusting and unprofessional

CUM***7 that's my Cape union order number, PAR*** that's tracking number from Pargo, no one seems to know where the hell my parcel is, its a story of cape union mart telling me to check pargo, whereas pargo is telling my parcel is at cape union mart, lastly can you please get call centre agents who are capable to resolve queries, not some idiots just because they can speak English or Afrikaans please, level of bad attitude and arrogance is so freaking disgusting to say the least
