Cape Union Mart Thavhani Mall Gladwin

So I lost my faith in Cape Union Mart when I tried to order my mother a jacket for Mother's Day online and got no email correspondence about my order or reply to my email only to then to get a refund and then an email saying sorry about disappointing you and a 30% discount. Wanting to still get my mom the jacket she has always wanted I took the hour trip with her to Thavhani Mall in Thohoyandou and there my faith was resorted by excellent customer service and a great sales man Gladwin. Thank you Gladwin for being the perfect example of what customer service is about.
