CAPE UNION MART TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE

I am shocked having been a loyal customer for more than 15 yrs . Cape UNION mart you could not even get it together @ your constantia store to organise shoes for me to buy. After 4 months of repeatedly going in Landed up taking my business elsewhere. Then to try to buy a sofshell fleece ,which is a trademark kway item, and one other items of clothing. 5 weeks later my second call to head office and it has come back that he only place these items are available is on the internet. But what about sizes I ask as that's the point of having the clothes in the store and staff to deal the customer care. in order to see if they fit I must buy all the items and then run around again and chase cape union mart again to help them do their job.......

Absolutely atrocious customer service. And to be told by your staff that their job is not customer service. I think you guys need to 're look at how valuable your customer really is!!
