Cape Union Mart stores don't have any stock

After finding a few pairs of shorts that I want on the website, I wanted to find which stores have stock. I checked on the find in store tab on the website, which tells me which stores close to me have stock. So I decide to phone two stores who apparently had stock on the website to check with them if they indeed had stock. After half an hour or more of phoning, no answers, and being transferred every two minutes because no one can give me an answer to if they have the shorts or not...I eventually got a consultant, only to tell me that no stores have stock (although the website link says they do).

I am beyond frustrated that after wasting all the time on the phone, stores that apparently have stock, don't, infact most stores didn't have stock of three different types of shorts. So what's the point of trying to buy apparel from Cape Union Mart if they don't even have stock.

Beyond disappointed and frustrated.
