Cape Union Mart service *******

Whilst we love Cape Union Mart (CUM), we must warn of a TERRIBLE business practise. I have a Polar Heart watch that needs a new battery. CUM charged me R220 to send it away to have battery replaced. Then they said that they do not deal with POLAR and cannot srvice it. THEN THEY REFUSE TO GIVE MY R220 back. So I paid them R220 just to tell me that they cannot service the watch. I can send it to UK for R220. WHAT A *******.
