Cape union mart poor and disappointing service

Good day.

So I have taken my Kilimanjaro K-way jacket into CAPE UNION MART CENTURY CITY INSIDE STORE to be repaired because zip broke, the outline around zip and names comming off..

I then got told it would take 8-10 weeks waiting period for jacket to be repaired and sent back to the store, I waited just over 10 weeks and went to collect it.

When collecting I noticed that nothing was actually really fixed on the jacket. Jacket was also very dirty.

The store manager MR SANDERS promised me that he will let the repairs department know that it came back to store un-repaired and make it abit more urgent as I don’t think it is fair to wait another 10 weeks for my jacket.

It’s been 3 weeks now after waiting my 10 weeks and MR SANDERS HAS STILL NOT GOTTEN ANY ANSWERS FOR ME, everyday I call the store I leave my name and number (that they should have) and still no response.

I am disgusted with this service and once getting my jacket back never will I return.
