Cape Union Mart Opt-Out does not work.
The Opt-Out function in the SMS campaigns from Cape Union Mart does not allow you to opt out.
They request that you send STOP to 49274 ... doing this simply returns a undelivered reply. I have notified the company on numerous occasions and they seem unwilling to make the OPT-OUT feature work.
The company who sends these SMS campaigns on their behalf should be ********ly charged because it is also their responsibility to make sure that their client does not break the law.

This is unfortunately not a satisfactory reply!
I will be satisfied when I have been told by Cape Union Mart that they are doing everything in their power to have the issue rectified and that customers are now able to successfully Opt-Out of the campaigns when they wish to do so.
Why is Cape Union Mart blatantly refusing to follow good business practice by not allowing people to Opt-Out of their campaigns.
Cape Union Mart has been aware of the issue for a very long time and it seems they are deliberately withholding the opt out option from their customers!
This is unfortunately not a satisfactory reply!
