Cape Union Mart online Shopping is THE WORST!

I have no words to describe how furious I am with Cape Union Mart. I have made an online purchase for a Gift! I received an email and tracking number and the payment went off my account. Everything was done on the site and it was legit! All it showed was that it In Progress and payment made... I made this purchase on th 29th of May 2020.

When I logged into my account it kept showing the same thing until today. I checked everything to be sure that I was not being ****med but it was just Cancelled? No reason as to why... I've waited for so long to just see that? They don't even have the decency to send me an email to say why it was cancelled and when they will refund me. I am so angry I never expected this, I will never purchase anything from them again I have emailed. I think I will have to go in myself. .. I need to demand my money back over R500 gone. No way!
