Cape Union Mart Online order dissapointment

I have been a customer of Cape Union Mart for many years with no problems, until now. I ordered 3 items online and when I received my package it contained only two of the items. The delivery note has all three items on it and the package has a sticker on it that says 1 of 1. I contacted customer care and they rep**** saying that their records shows that I received my items, and that's it. What am I supposed to do now? I still dont have all the items I ordered. This is theft.
