Cape Union Mart - Never buy from them

I do not even want to give Union Mart any stars. I bought shoes US size 10 which even stands on the invoice as size 10, but size 11 was delivered. Can these people not read which get the parcel ready? They must go back to school. They day it was delivered, it was a Thursday, I immediately phoned them and told them that it is the wrong shoe size. With a struggle they picked it up on the Tuesday and still today I did not receive any shoes. It is not even my fault that they have sent the wrong size but now I need to wait this long to get my shoes back. This is really ridiculous and bad service from Cape Union Mart. Will I buy from them again? NEVER!!! Will I recommend Union Mart to any one? NEVER. BAD SURVICE OVERHAULL!!!!!!!
